Why we started CasperCare
We built the guide we wished we’d had.
CasperCare was started by two families who lived this. When Renee’s mother moved into senior living, and when Tim’s mother had a stroke, we saw how hard it is for a family to get an honest, patient answer. So we built one. We’re guides who have been where you are, not a call center, and when a question needs a doctor, a lawyer, or a financial expert, we bring in the right professional.

Transparency. We show you every licensed community in your area, including the ones that don't pay us, we clearly label our partners, we publish how we're paid, and we reward our advisors for finding the right fit rather than for closing a deal.
How soon will someone reach out?
A CasperCare advisor follows up on every inquiry. If you're facing a hospital discharge or another urgent situation, say so in the form and we move you to the front of the line.
Do I have to take your recommendations?
Not at all. You can tour anywhere, take our shortlist and go your own way, or just use our cost tools and guides. There's no contract and no pressure at any point.
What areas do you serve?
We're launching in the Twin Cities metro, and that's where our directory and our advisors are focused today. If you're outside the metro, we'll still share what we know and point you toward trustworthy local help.
